The knowing of alternative feeding according to work place (χ2=23.81, p=<.001). work position (χ2=11.66, p=.003) and Breast feeding experience (χ2=8.45, p=.037). The educational demands in alternative feeding showed significant difference according to Breast feeding experience in married pearson 82 people (χ2=8.04, p=.045).
Conclusion
The success of promoting breast milk and alternative feeding techniques also depends on the medical team who looks after the mother and the newborn. In particular, nurses are responsible for supplying knowledge on proper breast feeding and alternative feeding and thereafter, assessing mothers' compliance.
